Company Overview

Kratos Accounting was formed to market a full-service accounting and related consulting by combining extensive knowledge of tax, accounting, tax planning, control systems, and management. The integration of these disciplines results in extensive and innovative services for our prospective clients. The service is being made available to small businesses, self-employed, home-based businesses, and individuals in the Greater Francistown area

The owner, Sydney Matiringe, has extensive business experience in a variety of business types. Since 1985 he has been concentrating in the accounting field, working for and occupying various in accounting positions in industry and commerce.

Sydney graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy Honors degree at the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) . Later on he would further his studies and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Secretary (ACIS) and very recently as a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). Desiring to start his own business, Sydney established Kratos, a full-service accounting service in 2013, but because of contractual obligations, the company only became fully operational in mid-2017
